Parkland Chapel Web Site

January 9th, 2007

We redesigned Parkland Chapel’s web site to include Web 2.0 features, such as a blog, podcasting , RSS feeds and an advanced calendar. The site is primarily a blog where the client can make most needed edits. Logged-in visitors can comment on posts. Podcasting is built in to the site, allowing mp3 files to be played directly from the site or through iTunes. On iTunes, users can “subscribe” to the podcast and receive new audio files automatically when they open the iTunes application. The site includes a calendar that can be synced with many other calendar applications. It also features RSS feeds so information can be syndicated to other sites.

Samuel Kent Baker Facelift

September 27th, 2006

We recently did a quick facelift to the Samuel Kent Baker, Inc. web site.

The updated design is easier to navigate and flows better. None of the content was changed. The site was originally designed using Cascading Style Sheets so making widespread changes simply involved creating new graphics and editing one stylesheet.
